Extend Your Lashes has two programs for esthetics/beauty schools to train students to become successful eyelash extensionists.

Extend Your Lashes Hands-On Workshops:

Option 1 is our most comprehensive Minkys Trainers Hands-On Workshop program.  This program is designed to enhance the full experience of your students without taxing your staff.  Our Minkys Trainers posses a unique set of skills to guide students to become extensionists. Each trainer has a vibrant private practice and believes in helping others to launch their careers as extensionists.

 Our Hands-On Workshops are conducted in one day at your school.  We provide the curriculum which includes a 16 page booklet that covers the following:

How to set up a work station

• • Application safety protocols
  • Step by step application techniques
  • How to remove extensions
  • Frequently asked questions and answers
  • Marketing strategies, online support and much, much more.

Our Minkys Trainers are available to answer questions, provide helpful hints and encouragement for your students while they are practicing their new skills.  And, when your students are ready to certify our trainers will be there to carefully critic them to make sure that they are ready to begin charging for their work.   The cost per student is $600 (which includes our Minkys Starter Kit) or $825 (which includes our Minkys Full Kit), your school will make 10% per student who takes our Hands-On Workshop.  This means that your school will make $60/$82.50 per student.

How to get started: The sign up process is similar to non affiliated students: your students sign-up online with the designated Minkys Trainer, place a $50 non-refundable deposit and purchase a Minkys Kit at the retail price.  The Minkys Trainer will be paid $300 per student the day of the Workshop. Your school will receive $60/$82.50 per student after the Hands-On Workshop has taken place.  Each certified student will receive a Minkys Certificate, be listed on our www.eyelashpros.com website and receive materials to market their new practice. Option 2 is again utilizing our Hands-On Workshop program.  This option is designed to train your staff to conduct the workshop.  In order to bring this to your school, you need to have your staff members take a workshop with a Minkys Trainer.  Your staff will then practice our proven techniques on add least five models and come back to their Minkys Trainer to certify.  The cost of this program per staff member is $600.  Once your staff is competent to train others, we will send our Minkys Trainers' Guide along with student  materials. Your staff will train and certify each student the Minkys way. We will send a certified student a Minkys Certificate, list them on our www.eyelashpros.com website and provide them with marketing materials.  

How to get started: Please contact our Director of Minkys Trainers, Laura Wills Mitchell.  Ms. Wills Mitchell will go over all the requirements to bring our Hands-On Workshop to your school.  Every school must sign a contract with Extend Your Lashes in order to incorporate our Hands-On Workshop into your school's curriculum.
