Shipping Information
All orders placed using a credit card will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days. USPS delivery time is between 1 and 7 business days depending on your location. Shipping prices on heavy items may be slightly higher. If this is the case we will let you know right away before the order is shipped. The Handling fee is $2.95 per order. Items that are out of stock:
If item is not in stock you will be notified of via email or telephone as to when it will become available. If you cannot wait until the item is back in stock and cannot find an item on the site to replace it you will receive a full refund on your order.
PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE - FOR ANY REASON
For hygienic and quality control reasons, Extend Your Lashes can NOT accept returns of any individual product, unless Extend Your Lashes shipped the wrong items, only then items can be exchanged. In the event that your shipment is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately for a resolution by calling 801-785-5274. Buyer agrees that all sales made through Extend Your Lashes, LLC are final. All products are not available on a "try and return" basis, so please shop wisely.
Unauthorized Returns Will Be Shipped Back To Sender.
PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE - CLAIM OF DEFECT
If the Buyer (You) determine that product(s) shipped to you are defective, e-mail Extend Your Lashes Customer Service within ten (10) days of receipt (customerservice@ExtendYourlashes.com) or call 801-471-7378. You will be given a return authorization number (RA#). The product must be returned to Extend Your Lashes, Attn: Customer Service, 9113 Hillside Drive, Cedar Hills, UT 84062 within seven (7) days after receiving your RA#, and enclosed with: 1) the RA# 2) explanation of claim of defect and 3) your request for exchange or refund. Extend Your Lashes, LLC reserves the right to either replace defective product or provide a refund of the purchase price upon receipt of defective product. Orders received without an RA# will not be precessed.
Buyers are responsible for the return postage charge shipping, registered mail fee & insurance charge are non-refundable.

ExtendYourLashes.com is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $250 to addresses in the continental US only. Sorry, we do not do FREE shipping to international addresses at this time.

Thanksgiving
Our office is closed on Nov. 24. FedEx & USPS do not deliver or pickup on Nov. 24th or 25th. While expedited orders placed before 12pm CST on Nov 23rd will ship the same day, they may be delayed due to FedEx / USPS holiday schedule. Non-expedited (standard shipping) orders placed on or after Nov 24 may not ship until Nov 28-30.
Due to extended holiday delivery delays, USPS priority mail is NOT a guaranteed service. If you need to expedite your package call and ask for FedEx Express shipping at 801-785-5274.
