Shipping Information
All orders placed using a credit card will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days. USPS delivery time is between 1 and 7 business days depending on your location. Shipping prices on heavy items may be slightly higher. If this is the case we will let you know right away before the order is shipped. Items that are out of stock:
If item is not in stock you will be notified of via email or telephone as to when it will become available. If you cannot wait until the item is back in stock and cannot find an item on the site to replace it you will receive a full refund on your order.

PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE- FOR ANY REASON

For hygienic and quality control reasons, Extend Your Lashes can not accept returns of any individual product after packaging has been opened or unsealed.

Due to the limited shelf life of the adhesive, only unopened/sealed packages returned within 10 days of receipt will be accepted for a refund of Buyers purchase price less a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges. Any missing, damaged or opened/unsealed items will be deducted from the total kit purchase price at full retail value. Returns must be shipped back at your cost and enclosed with 1) a written request with the purchasers information 2) a reason for the return and 3) a list of any items missing, damaged and/or opened/unsealed, or your request may not be processed. Return shipments must be addressed to: Extend Your Lashes, LLC. Attn: Customer Service, 9113 Hillside Drive, Cedar Hills, UT 84062. Once received, please allow for up to 14 days for the return to be processed and appropriately credited back to the original credit card

PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE- CLAIM OF DEFECT

If the Buyer (You) determine that product(s) shipped to you are defective, e-mail Extend Your Lashes Customer Service within ten (10) days of receipt (customerservice@ExtendYourlashes.com) or call 801-471-7378. You will be given a return authorization number (RA#). The product must be returned to Extend Your Lashes, Attn: Customer Service, 9113 Hillside Drive, Cedar Hills, UT 84062 within seven (7) days after receiving your RA#, and enclosed with: 1) the RA# 2) explanation of claim of defect and 3) your request for exchange or refund. Extend Your Lashes, LLC reserves the right to either replace defective product or provide a refund of the purchase price upon receipt of defective product.
